| Back from Shanghai, Back to work . After my trip to Shanghai, I found out that anything you think impossible to happen will be possible in China. First night in Shanghai, Emily and I got locked out from her service apartments when we attempted to use her cardkey to open the door. We found out that the door's card sensor ran out of battery , and we had never heard of a hotel's door card sensor running out of battery! So, we ran up to the receptionist of the connecting hotel, and she was like "The service apt is not part of our responsibility, and we can't help u since the sensor is out of battery". Emily and I were pissed and asked her whether we can recharge the sensor outside the door, or if anyone has the actual key so we can get in. She said noone has the key except the landlord of the service apt. Her attitude was so bad that we wanted to beat her up. So, we went to the security guards who were much nicer. He gave us the same responses that only the actual key would help or a locksmith. He gave us a possible solution, which is to call "110". We're like, "What's 110?". He said its the police...erhh wtf? He told us to call the police, and ask them for a safe locksmith. We're like, "We don't want to prank call the police just for the locksmith!", and he said it's not a big deal to call the police. So, we called the police and they gave us a locksmith # to call. Then, we called the locksmith, and he said he will be there in 30mins to open our door for $200rmb. The funny thing is, after 5 mins, 2 police cars and 5 polices came, and we thought we got into trouble!! The police made this seemed like a big deal, and kept asking the hotel managers why we can't get into our apt. So basically there were like 5 polices, 3 security guards and 2 managers dealing with this "lock-out" problem...haha! Emily and I were like wtf? haha. Finally, we got in the apt after 2 freakin hours of lock-out! We found out that the sensor is battery operated, and the managers gave us some new batteries for the door. Such a dreadful experience!
Second night in Shanghai, I went to Jay Chou concert with Emily and her friends. Somehow, my dad got me pretty nice tics and we got to sit near the front. I can't believe how crazie the people are during concerts in China. They stood there the whole time, and even stepped up on their chairs. The security guards in the concert are actually taking pix of Jay Chou using their digicams!!! This is totally hilarious. Then, near the end of the concert, every1 was throwing huge glowsticks to the front near the stage. And I got hit on my back from one of the glowsticks real hard! Those people are so lame, don't they understand that people can actually get hurt from their stupid actions. When we left, we saw glowsticks all over the stadium, so lame!

Anyways, I finally stayed at home for the first night. I've been back for only 11 days, but it seems that I've been back for 3 weeks...so weird! Basically, I'd been going out every single night, sleep at 6am, and wake up at 5pm....has been pretty unproductive. It's the first holiday that I've went out sooooo much, but I guess it helps in healing the pain. I will be more productive next week and wake up earlier, since I'm going to leave on the 7th . I've been trying to recall what I did the past 11 days since everyday seems basically the same. But I've finally managed to recall everything (I'm so good...hehe ):
22nd: First day in HK. Did some shopping and rest at home.
23rd: Rita¡¦s bday. Met up with my girls at 21-21 in Lkf.
24th: Went to a Xmas eve party in Backroom in Lkf.
25th: Went to a lounge in Cb with the Hkis crew, then went to HeiHei in Lkf. Jazzie drove my X5 home coz I was kinda tipsy and Jen went crazie at the backseat (she kept touching Jazzie while she was driving). It was Jazzie¡¦s first time driving in Hk¡Kso scary!
26th: Went to Nyu party at Joint 15 in Cb, then Lkf for awhile. Cyrus made me let him drive my mini home, and it was his first time driving in Hk too. Me, Cindy and Ahfa were kinda freaked out, since he didn¡¦t break on any bumps.
27th: Went to sing k in Cb at night. We are so outdated and didn¡¦t know how to sing any of the new songs.
28th: Of course Cmu party at Edge in Lkf. Thanks for everyone who came, and it was the best party (many people said that....haha..also saw many people drunk). It was a really great success!!
29th: Went to Penn party at Gossip 51 in Wanchai, then went to a lounge in Cb for awhile. Clarence made me let him drive my X5 home, and by the time we got up to the Peak, Ahfa opened the door and¡Khaha
30th: Went to Hipnotic party at Kee Club in Lkf. I can¡¦t stop remembering the guy with a purple forehead and grey face in TsuiWah¡K.never saw a person that drunk with a purple face color!! haha¡KMe, Philip and Ahfa can¡¦t stop laughing! We're mean!
31st: Went to Edge again for New Year's Eve, then went to TsuiWah. We sat on the table near the front door, and were basically saying ¡§hi¡¨ to everyone who came in. We were laughing our head offs seeing some friends who looked soooo drunk.
1st: Stayed at home.
2nd: Went out to Blue in Cb for a drink. Then, drove up to the peak with Mr.Ling & Mr.Chan to chill and chat. It was my first time looking at HK's amazing view. Mr.Lam came up to join afterwards and "chill" (haha..it was really cold that night)
3rd: Watched Kelly's concert.
4th: Met up with Losa and went to Census in Cb for a drink. Then 2 tables MJ until 8am.
5th: Had dessert buffet at Grand Hyatt with Hkis crew. Then, karaoke with Cmu crew.
6th: Karaoke with my girls, and met up Losa for awhile. Then, bump into Nick and Philip, who were kinda drunk and forced me to play mandarin drinking game.
7th: "Productive" Xmas finally ended.
2004 realization: When you know that someone does not worth your care anymore, then you know its finally time to let go. Letting go is always hard and painful, but that's a part of life and you got to believe that.
